The Racing Green TVR FFF cylinder head is progressing well with the design now fully integrated as a one piece cylinder head casting. The integration of the Racing Green design has been carried out by a well known pattern making company who have combined Racing Green TVRs cam carrier design with the existing TVR Speed 6 cylinder head. The pattern company, who have extensive experience in FI patternwork for both engines and bodyshells, have combined all the inovative elements of the FFF head into the one piece casting. The patterns to allow the FFF head to be cast are being machined as of todays date with a trial casting expected before Christmas. The integration of cam carrier and Speed 6 head has been accomplished very successfully and will result in a superb bucket head for the TVR Speed 6 engine.
